Guest guest
My son and I will be travelling to DC in November and hope to visit nice vegetarian restaurants there. About half the ones we looked for in NYC were closed last spring, so if anyone has recent experience with any, please let me know. Thanks! .... Be kind. Be of good cheer. Guest guest
We were in DC over the summer and are also going back in November and my kids can't wait to go back to Mr. Chen's Organic Chinese restaurant. It is not vegetarian but they do have a good selection of veggie options and the food was wonderful! We ate there two days in a row in August and I'm afraid we are going to be eating there most of the time in November!!! The address is 2604 Connecticut Ave. Barb , " Dick Ford " <dickford@d...> wrote: > > My son and I will be travelling to DC in November and hope to visit nice > vegetarian restaurants there. Guest guest
Dick, I know of two very good vegan Asian restaurants in Rockville, MD, just a few miles north of D.C.: http://www.thevegetablegarden.com/ http://cityguide.aol.com/washington/entertainment/venue.adp? sbid=102303481 They both have great food. The storefonts aren't much to speak of, but they are cozy inside. - Alan , " Dick Ford " <dickford@d...> wrote: > > My son and I will be travelling to DC in November and hope to visit nice > vegetarian restaurants there. Guest guest
Thanks to everyone who made suggestions about DC restaurants. Our plans changed though when I tripped and broke my foot. We'll be going some time in the future. .... Be kind. Be of good cheer. Dick
