Guest guest
Chessie, Have you tried the Silk creamer? It's thicker and designed to put in coffee or tea. Try hazelnut milk as well. Can anyone suggest a good (and widely available) alternative?
Guest guest
Hello all, After a few months of ISP and computer problems, I am finally back on this list. I have been able to read most of the posts, but unable to respond to anything! It's been quite frustrating. I am still trying to decrease my use of dairy products and need some help. I am a life-long café au lait drinker and I just can't get used to drinking coffee with soy milk. It's not that it tastes bad, I don't mind the taste of soy milk otherwise, but I can't get used to tasting the soy milk instead of the coffee. I've tried rice milk also and I have the same problem, plus it's too thin. Can anyone suggest a good (and widely available) alternative? Thanks so much! Guest guest
I don't remember the sizzle. I sometimes heat it before putting it in the coffee, but it tastes just fine without heating too. vegetariyum writes: Does the creamer sizzle like soy milk does when you put it in the coffee? Guest guest
I love silk creamer. I use the plain since the others are too sweet for me. but I don't use sugar in my coffee. If you do then you could probably omit it with a flavored variety. Carol VAP79 wrote: Chessie, Have you tried the Silk creamer? It's thicker and designed to put in coffee or tea. Guest guest
Does the creamer sizzle like soy milk does when you put it in the coffee? Just curious. I can't wait to try it! Guest guest
I don't remember the sizzle either but if you shake the container for a few seconds or so, you get a nice foam like a latte.
