NOTES : Spicy dressing shines best when served with a variety of vegetables such as julienned celery, shredded carrots, thinly sliced cucumber, broccoli and cauliflower florets, fresh bean sprouts, and thin wedges of plum tomatoes. Try a hot pasta salad: cook sugar snap peas in broth seasoned with soy sauce and bouillon. When nearly done, add pasta, beans sprouts and diced green onion. Place shredded napa cabbage in a collander. Pour on the pasta and drain well. Transfer to a big bowl and toss with peanuts, cilantro, shredded carrot and the dressing. -Hanneman Nutr.
