Place the garlic in a food processor with the S blade inserted. Mince. Squeeze the water out of the rehydrated mushrooms and place themm in the food processor with 3 tablespoons of the soaking water. Add the tofu and tamari and process until a pate forms. Serve with bread or crackers.
