Tahini Poppy Seed Dressing

1/3 cup canola oil

2 tablespoons tahini

2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon minced onion

1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice

2 teaspoons whole celery seeds

3/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

 

Combine all the ingredients, except the poppy seeds, in a blender, and process

until smooth and creamy. Stir in the poppy seeds.
