Sorry for the re-send. I wanted to put in my title subject.

Does anyone have some good vegan entrees for Christmas. I'm looking to make

everything vegan even if the recipe is vegetarian I can substitute. I'm

hoping to make appt., entree, and dessert. So please give me all the

goodies.

Thanks,

Emily

Emily,

Check the archives for over a hundred Christmas recipes and menus that were

posted to this list last week. Most or many were vegan.

If you want to go back to Thanksgiving, try putting in " Vegetarian Times

Thanksgiving Cookbook " as a search criteria -- we did nearly the whole book.

I will send you and post a recipe for Golden Lentil Roulade. I may have posted

it before, but it's good enough to post again. :-)

Kitty:

We still refer to them as " archives " because eGroups used to call them

that and kept them by digest number. They changed to keeping them as

individual messages. To access the past messages, just go to the

eGroups site (), log in (if it doesn't do so

automatically), click on the " My Groups " tab, then on " Veg-Recipes "

under lists you belong to. On the left side of the that page, click on

" Messages " . Toward the upper right of the screen there is a place for

" search " or you can look through the individual messages.
