Karen * Exported from MasterCook * Gimme Lean Meatloaf Recipe By :http://lightlife.com 10/99 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Main Dishes Soy Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 packages Gimme Lean Beef Style 1 medium onion diced or chopped -- or large 2 cloves garlic -- crushed (optional) 2 tablespoons vegetarian worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons ketchup 2 tablespoons prepared brown mustard Salt & pepper to taste Mmm! 1950's comfort food meets the new millennium. Fix up some vegetarian gravy (you can purchase delicious quick cooking gravy mix at your natural foods store), mashed potatoes and green beans and you're all set for a wonderful satisfying meal. Mix all ingredients together. Spread in lightly oiled loaf pan (9x5x4). Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until done, approximately 45 minutes. Serve hot with brown gravy. Not all ingredients are available here in New Zealand but we hope to try substituting soimething similar. Which brings up the question: " What is Gimme Lean?
