Hi, Niccii.

I don't want to keep plugging my own website all the time,

but it does have links to searchable databases covering over

139,000 recipes. Try doing a search for vegetarian burgers

(or just burgers) in one or more of the vegetarian or vegan sites listed.

Especially good are VegSource, Veggies Unite! and IVU sites.

http://nashville.earthsave.org/

See esp. Section 3: Recipes.

BTW, *some* of the Boca burgers have egg in them,

and *some* are vegan, and it is sometimes hard to tell

which are which (before you buy them).

P.S. Many people find that portobello mushrooms are a good vegetarian/vegan

substitute for burgers, and can be grilled, etc. Check out the Monterey

Mushroom

link and the many mushroom recipes available through their site. (Brenda Adams

of this list " inspired " me to add that link. <G>)

This recipe calls for non-stick spray (contains lecithin), which may be

off-limits depending on how strictly the no-oil injunction is observed. They'd

probably be fine on a non-stick baking sheet though; baked or broiled.

Check the archives at /messages/Veg-Recipes also. Just

use 'burger' as a search term and you'll find pages of options.
