Tofu Pecan Pie

6 ounces silken tofu

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup margarine

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/3 cup molasses

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups whole pecan pieces

1 9-inch graham cracker crumb pie crust

 

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the pecans, and mix until

smooth.

 

Carefully fold the pecans into the mixture, and pour into the pie crust.

 

Lightly dust the top of the pie with some brown sugar, and bake at 350F for

approximately 45 minutes.
