Lee Evans & Chris Rankin Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 ounces silken tofu 1 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/3 cup molasses 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups whole pecan pieces 1 9-inch graham cracker crumb pie crust In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the pecans, and mix until smooth. Carefully fold the pecans into the mixture, and pour into the pie crust. Lightly dust the top of the pie with some brown sugar, and bake at 350F for approximately 45 minutes. Description: " Usually considered one of the more guilty indulgences of the pie world, this version of the traditional pecan pie is light on fat without sacrificing any of the taste.
