Guest guest
I had some yoghurt to use up on the weekend and I remembered this recipe that I got from a calendar that a school friend gave me many years ago. It's a great cake - easy to make, chocolatey and with lots of frosting. NOTES : Jo's note: Yes, the instructions for making the frosting don't mention when to add the icing sugar. I just add it 1 cup at a time from the start of mixing. This cake is nice and moist, but needs to be kept in the fridge because of the yoghurt in the frosting. This also helps keep it tidy as the frosting gets very soft when warm! Not a good cake if you need the slices to travel! Nutr.
