Here are the first few: * Exported from MasterCook * Green Goddess Dressing Recipe By :Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone, Deborah Madison Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Vegetarian Cooking for Everyon Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar 1/2 cup chopped parsley 3 tablespoons chopped chives 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped tarragon 1 clove garlic -- coarsely chopped 1/4 teaspoon salt Combine all the ingredients along with 2 tablespoons of water in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and pale green. Taste and add more salt if needed. Dairy Free Variation: Puree one 10-ounce box of soft silken tofu with 1/2 cup of olive oil and the remaining ingredients until smooth.
