-------- ------------ --------------------------------

3 parts okara -- (roughly)

1 part ground peanuts or peanut butter

1 part wheat flour

Mix in food processor, spread onto a baking sheet and score into biscuits bake

at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes then transfer biscuits to a food dehydrator and

desiccate to the desired crunchiness (we lose some of the batch to our kids!!!)

We are thrilled with our SoyaJoy soymilk maker. I make 3 double batches (i.e. 6

runs) once or twice a week.I purchased my SoyaJoy 4 or 5 months ago, and every

batch has been perfect.

P.S. Our five dogs are crazy about the okara treats and prefer them to all

others.
