It's in most supermarkets in the grains section. Falafel patties are traditionally fried, but you can bake bite-size portions instead. Combine the falafel mix and the bouillon together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 60 minutes. When ready to serve, preheat the oven or toaster oven to 400F. Shape the mixture into about 1/2-inch balls. Place on a foil-covered pan or baking sheet and bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned, dry and a little crispy on the outside. Serve with Yogurt Dipping Sauce. Combine the yogurt, garlic and mint and/or cucumber, if desired. Let sit at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
