Snow Pea Tendril Dumplings

1 cup lightly packed snow pea tendrils, minced

6 tablespoons minced yellow or green chives

1 teaspoon vegetarian oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

1/3 recipe Basic Dumpling Dough

 

In a medium bowl, stir together snow pea tendrils, chives, vegetarian oyster

sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and salt.

 

Fill, roll, and steam dumplings according to Making Dumplings and Buns

directions.
