We serve these with a *fabulous* Greek sauce we get at a local restaurant. * Exported from MasterCook * Greek Roasted Potatoes Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 10 medium potatoes -- cut into chunks 4 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon dried Greek oregano (or regular oregano) 1 teaspoon Cavender's Greek seasoning 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper Heat oven to 450ºF. Toss potatoes with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, Cavender's Greek seasoning, and salt & pepper. Place in a large Pyrex baking dish, roasting pan, or baking sheet. Roast 10 minutes and then turn potatoes.
