Macaroni & Cheese with Franks

4 tablespoons margarine

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups non-fat milk

2 cups shredded cheese

4 cups cooked macaroni

8 Loma Linda® Meatless Big Franks

 

In a large saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat. Add flour and salt.

Stir in milk until smooth. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Add macaroni to

cheese sauce and place in serving dish.

 

Heat LOMA LINDA® Meatless Big Franks, if desired. Top macaroni and cheese with

Franks. Serve immediately.
