A number of japanese restaurants around here serve an appetizer called Kobachi. It's usually sliced, peeled cucumbers or bean sprouts in a soy/sesame/rice vinegar sauce. I've almost got the sauce down, but I can't get the preparation just right. Does anyone have a recipe? Thank you in advance! -Saragrace.
