Tofu Dill Dip

1 cucumber -- peeled

1 lb. tofu

1 tsp. dill weed

2 Tbs. lemon juice

1/4 cup fresh parsley

- or 1 Tbs. dried parsley

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

salt to taste

 

(Serves 5)

 

Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and

blend until creamy. Serve with raw vegetables and crackers.
