I have just decided to try vegetarian cooking. I have a couple of books and I just sent away for one called The Gradual Vegetarian which sounds good - first goes the red meat, then the poultry and fish - but I know I could never become a complete vegan. If you guys want help...I would suggest that you go back to and do a search for vegetarian. There are really lots of groups that have lots of people that are very experienced with recipes and just sound advice in the area of vegetarianism. I wasn't origionally going to answer this email but then I thought....It very well might save animals lives if I pitch in!! Becoming a vegetarian is much easier with support. With over 100 members in this group I thought that it might be a bit more active than it is. Believe me, I will certainly be taking your advice and checking again and again in the groups section where I do hope to find a group or two where the members participate and, at the very least, are welcoming to new members. There has been quite a bit of action on these two.
