Guest guest
I went to a book club meeting today and ate like a mad-woman. Banana bread, fritos, portobello mushroom tarts. I feel so violated. And I've had control of my appetite for two weeks. Is PMS and acceptable excuse??? Batcat
Guest guest
Not acceptable but i swear it is usually totally unavoidable!! Sometimes if you look at the "binge" in true light it won't seem that terrible. Just drink plenty of water... good grief those fritos suck it outta ya! So, drink lots of the good stuff and just start the day off tomorrow with a yummy, HEALTHY, filling breakfast and you are back on track!! Also, i think we binge for a biological reason so don't deny your body to much when you are PMS'n or it could lead to really bad stuff!! Don't want to kill the teller at the bank for not saying "Bless you" when you sneeze or something! peace nikki - batcat1970 Sunday, December 14, 2003 9:09 PM ugh...binge I went to a book club meeting today and ate like a mad-woman. Guest guest
Probably ;=) But hey, I bet you enjoyed it at the time. We all break out now and then and it does little harm if we get back on track pretty quickly have *enjoyed* the splurge - and not blaming ourselves for being less than perfectly controlled. That's for robots, not people *lol* Good luck with the rest of your health regimen - you'll be fine ;=) Best, Pat P.S. You don't happen to have one of the portobello mushroom tarts on you right now, do you? Mmmmmmm. batcat1970 wrote: > > I went to a book club meeting today and ate like a mad-woman.
