They are such resilient creatures! Despite a night in their shed and not our bed, LOL, they emerged this morning and seem content to stand in the wind and snow, protected only by some trees, rather than cuddling in the warmth of the extra straw my husband put in their nest last night. They are standing rather unusually, though, with their back and front legs together underneath them, I suppose to make themselves smaller and conserve heat. They look as though they are standing on a pillar.

Take care.

Best love,

Pat (and it is still soooooo cold out there!)
