Guest guest
Just wondering. We've been chatting about the McDougall Diet - and I'm waiting on a copy of Dr Fuhrman's diet book - and we've *all* heard of Atk*ns :=( - and of course there's WeightWatchers ;=). But what diet or diets have you tried and like? No fair if you didn't lose weight on it *lol* For me, I have mainly done smaller portions, cutting down on fat and cutting out sugar. But I'm recently on the McDougall Plan - or a form of it as I understand it - giving it a trial for say a week. It's pretty good, except that I like more taste to my food. However, one isn't hungry. So right now that's it for me. How about the rest of you??? Best, Pat ;=) -- SANTBROWN townhounds/ vegetarianslimming/ HOMEPAGE: http://www.angelfire.com/art/pendragon/ ---------- * " There are too many idiots in this world. Guest guest
I've gone from Slimming World to McDougall back to Slimming World with a touch of McDougall. Are you keeping up with me?! Guest guest
Hi there, Janey ;=) Well, you know what's best for you. I don't know about Slimming World (must look it up), but if it works it works ;=) I think you're marvellous to keep on with all this against odds - many people quit when one weight-loss diet fails them, y'know *lol* But yeah, I know what you mean about keeping the best of both worlds - that's good thinking! Good luck - and best love, Pat ;=) -- SANTBROWN townhounds/ vegetarianslimming/ HOMEPAGE: http://www.angelfire.com/art/pendragon/ ---------- * " There are too many idiots in this world.
