Guest guest
I don't know how you will feel about this but, since I eat a lot of salads, I've really tried to find dressings that don't ruin the whole " slimming " effect that I need and want. I have found that when I make a salad recipe, I use one that has no oil or next to no oil in it, and that way, a lot of the dressing ends up in the bottom of the bowl after I'm finished. I realize that that sounds wasteful but I still get the good flavor, yet I don't overdo the dressing. Here is my favorite dressing. Oriental Salad Dressing 3 oz lite soy sauce 1 oz vinegar 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp garlic powder A couple " drops " of sesame oil 1/2 tsp sweetener of choice 3 oz water I just mix it all up in a jar and keep it in the fridge. Guest guest
This is another good idea - we've had quite a few lately!!! Keep it up! I like this because it can be kept easily for when it is needed and it is sin free ;=) It also has some of my favourite flavours! Thanks to everyone. I love that chunky tomato soup recipe just posted and the seitan roast - have saved them to try!!! Don't forget to add them to our files, folks!!!
