My almost-perfect bean stew.

I was invited and I'd like some new recipes.

the group?

Welcome to Vegetarian Slimming :=) I hope you like it here - would love to try

your bean stew if you'd like to post the recipe! ;=) I used to make a really

mean

one with aubergine and dog only knows what in it, but have never written the

recipe down. (I should see if I have notes on it though - I usually do!)

 

So check our recipe files, our links, and vote in our polls - okay? Then start

posting like mad *lol* cuz we'd love to hear from you.

hummmm...only your dog knows whats in it? Not sure I'd want to try it in

that case....*LOL* Sorry, couldn't resist...I do that ALL the time!

*lol* you've got a point there - of course, my dogs are very discerning little

hounds, but I guess that doesn't help, does it ;=)

 

I'll try to find that recipe! It was no fat at all and full of good things.
