Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, Neal D. Barnard, M.D., and his colleagues

show that patients easily transition from a standard omnivorous diet to a low-

fat, vegetarian diet that helps people lose weight, lower blood pressure, and

otherwise improve their health. . . . . .'
