Epicurious is a great place to hang out. I found this article, which includes

links to great recipes, while perusing the latest email from them (Epicurious

Recipe Flash) & thought I would share. I hope it's ok & not considered spam.

Have a great day everybody! Beth

Oh drat. I wonder if you need to be logged in to open the links? I'm not gonna

copy & paste stuff I haven't made - everyone can go to the website for

themselves if they're interested.

look at the article this am but

couldn't get in to see the recipes :=( - guess it was pretty busy!!! Shall try

again. I've bookmarked it!

Best,

Pat ;=)

LOL Yes you do, and yes I was, and no you shouldn't, and yes they can - and

so will I ;=)

I just meant that I couldn't comment on the recipes cuz I couldn't click into

them at that time - not that there was anything wrong with the links - sorry.

And thanks for doing that for us - nice to find new recipes. That with the

portabellos was the one I was hungering for . . .

Best,

Pat ;=)

Thanks for the link Beth. When I went to the Epicurious site I found

that one of my favorite links had moved, but I found it again with a

little digging:

Reference guides, including metric conversion, and a food dictionary and

a wine dictionary

http://www.epicurious.com/cooking/how_to/

The " lost " site was that fabulous food dictionary where you can look up

all kinds of strange ingredients that you might not recognize.
