Vegetarianism isn't a magic bullet to cure all ills, but it certainly makes so very many of us feel and look healthier - and yes, it does cure some problems too ;=) How true. My husband is 90% vegan for two years now and when I compared his new driver's license with his old one taken four years ago, Wow. He looks so much healthier, thinner, and younger. I have been vegan for 10 years and vegetarian for 8 years before that. I must say it is nice that my husband is not mistaken for my father anymore. Denise. LOL Seriously, that's really great. He must be thrilled with his new healthy image too! Okay, maybe it's time for all of us to reconsider what we're eating . . . ;=) Best, Pat ;=)

I been trying hard to eat more vegan here but my family is about to have a cow lol I mean that they are really offened if I don't eat the meat or I eat less than they should think I should have. However I always found it har dto turn down foods while visiting all my life Lisa Denise Bixler <denisebixler wrote: wrote: It's great that you are looking to a new lifestyle and thought this might be the one for you.
