Certainly. NotMilk encourages forwarding of its bulletins etc. ;=) Good luck. My

sil ignores such info - she also has very serious rheumatoid arthritis - but

she's a pretty strong-willed lady and I admire her stamina and courage, so . . .

Kirsten, you may want to look over a website I put up....

http:\\diets.20m.com It may be too much for a vegetarian but I always

suggest to people to do what feels comfortable for your lifestyle. Food

effects everyone differently cause we ARE different.
