Guest guest
Well I seem to have lost 10 pounds this week. I have no idea where they went but I really do not miss them much. If you have found them you can keep them or pass them onto someone else. I really do not want them back. They disapeared in the last week and a half. Thanks for your support guys. You have all been an invaluable help in my weight loss. Kirsten

Guest guest
Well two of them found me again. I will loose it again in two days. My doctor get this wants me to eat more calories a day. She is looking at my food log and doesn't think I am consuming enough calories. Well there are very few calories in vegetables which makes up most of my diet now. I am going to add one more starch a day to make up for it. She also recommended two Tums a day for calcium. Only 20 calories there. LOLL I am also anemic so I am adding a multi vitamin with Iron to my diet. I will keep you informed of my blood sugar tests and thyroid test results. I hope everything is improving. Guest guest
Kirsten, my doctor had said the same thing to me a few months ago. When i went vegan (after i developed an ulcer so that helped too) i was eating like 800 calories a day. I became anemic and my blood pressure dropped and i started seeing black spots and sparks all the time. I dropped 15lbs and got to the lowest weight acceptable for my height but I was too tired to work out at the gym which TOTALLY bummed me out since my goal is not so much weight loss but muscle gain! So i added more healthy fat to my diet - a few slices of avocado a day, or a sprinkling of raw seeds or nuts to my salad - i gained a few pounds but have been able to add more muscle and the rest of the weight has pretty much stayed off but my levels have gone up and i feel much better (still see the sparks and spots when i dont' drink a ton of water a day tho). I started using fitday.com to track my calories to make sure to get 1200 a day - the minimum my personal trainer at the gym suggested to not lose muscle - it's easy and quick! Definitely make sure you get in enough calories cause it would suck to lose muscle mass! Guest guest
So far you have pinned right on the nose what I was experiencing. I really think I was dehydrated. I wasn't thirsty for the first time in years. Before I was always thirsty because of my borderline diabetes. I started keeping a log of my water intake and fee so much better today. I am not lightheaded or getting those flashes anymore. Kirsten Morgan [baby.gabrielle] Monday, January 24, 2005 11:45 PM Re: Ok who took it?
