I just got most of my blood work back from the doctors office. All

that is except the cholesterol and triglycerides. Forgot to get

those done. Everything is perfectly normal. No signs of anemia,

any deficinecies and my blood sugars are totally normal. I haven;t

had a normal blood sugar test in years. I have reduced my

medication for diabeties too. I will always be on it because of the

illnesses I have and of course family history but depending on the

results of the cholesterol diets this may be a succesful study at

least for me.

Kirsten, congratulations on your improved blood test results.

I had blood tests a few days ago and my results were incredibly better

than they had been for years. Some of the changes I have been making

have been paying off: eliminating trans fats (hydrogenated or partially

hydrogenated oils) from my diet, having more whole grains, having greens

more frequently, taking essential fatty acid supplements.
