Well, in case we were in doubt, it would seem you are not the only 'Save the Animals' person here ;=) While most if not all of us appreciate the health advantages of a vegetarian diet, the results of the recent Polls (just posted to the list in the last day by 's kindly computer) should certainly tell us that other concerns, such as ethics, concern for the environment, religion, etc., are foremost ;=) Interresting! Have a look, everyone! Waddaya think??? Best, Pat ;=)

Maybe none at all, barring some extreme cases I don't want to contemplate. And since a balanced vegan diet *is* the healthiest, we should all benefit - human and non-human animals alike. Best, Pat ;=)
Guest guest
Well I am definitely convinced of the diet. In just 5 weeks I have dropped 12 pounds. My cholesterol has dropped 30 points and my blood pressure has improved a little. My blood sugars the best they have been in years. If I can save a few chickens in the process then great.
