Guest guest
Welcome, Barbara! Going vegan at your doctor's suggestion! (Excuse me while I pick myself up, gather my thoughts, teeth, etc.) What a wonderful doctor - so many don't know enough about the health benefits of a vegan diet! (It also doesn't do the animals any harm either, but that's another matter.) Good luck with it - lots of people here to help you, pass along tips, recipes, etc. I don't know exactly the area in which you are living, but I am an English-born Canadian who has recently (as of 5-1/2 years ago) spent 25 years in Sydney, Australia but is back in Canada now. It's good having you here - don't forget to keep posting. Best, Pat (co-owner and de facto designated greeter)
