Yes it does traditionally - but I believe you will find that Tom uses *vegan* Worcestershire sauce. It comes in several brands - without anchovies. Check the labels. I didn't know that baby fishes were in dat bottle :-) I guess I don't read all the labels on everything I buy, but its good to learn what you're REALLY putting in your body. My biggest surprise of all was that in most Jell-O packages they use pig tallow to make it jell. Cajun Tom from South Louisiana's bayou country.
