It'sdelicious! Ingredients100g vegan chocolate250ml soya cream1 tbsp brandyNotesThis is very rich so you don't need huge amounts of it - this is enoughfor 5 or 6 servings. If you have any chocolate left over, grate some andsprinkle over the ramekins just before serving. MethodMelt the chocolate.Pour into a mixing bowl, add the soya cream and brandy and whisk untilthe mixture thickens (about 5 mins using a hand whisk).Spoon into ramekins and chill for a few hours. And everyone got excited about the technology. And I guess it was pretty incredible watching a missile fly down an air-vent. Pretty unbeliveable. But couldn't we feasibly use that same technology to shoot food at hungry people? You know what I mean? Guest guest
I've never had creme brulee... Ramekins are small containers -- usually those mini round ceramic cooking dishes (maybe 1 cup each?) with straight sides. For the mousse recipe, any small container would do. Guest guest
We had a fruit brulee at one of the vegan B & Bs we stayed at. It was very nice, but a bit sharp. Jo
