Ramekin

Source: Rx Recipes

3 cups cooked rice

1 cup ground cashew nuts

1/2 cup chopped parsley

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup minced onion

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tsp. salt

2/3 cup stewed tomatoes

Mix all together and let stand covered for 1/2 hour. Parboil large

green cabbage leaves until soft but easy to handle without breaking.

Oil pyrex dish, or any flat baking dish, lay in cabbage leaf and

stuff with above mixture. Secure each leaf with a skewer or

toothpick and bake at 375 degrees.

Re: article on the soy controversy

I came across this very simple recipe this morning - sounds good:

Boozy Chocolate Mousse This recipe comes from the Animal Aid's Veggie Collection. It'sdelicious! Ingredients100g vegan chocolate250ml soya cream1 tbsp brandyNotesThis is very rich so you don't need huge amounts of it - this is enoughfor 5 or 6 servings. If you have any chocolate left over, grate some andsprinkle over the ramekins just before serving. MethodMelt the chocolate.Pour into a mixing bowl, add the soya cream and brandy and whisk untilthe mixture thickens (about 5 mins using a hand whisk).Spoon into ramekins and chill for a few hours.

And everyone got excited about the technology. And I guess it was pretty incredible watching a missile fly down an air-vent. Pretty unbeliveable. But couldn't we feasibly use that same technology to shoot food at hungry people? You know what I mean? Fly over Ethiopia, "There's a guy that needs a banana.Shooooooooooooom"

the Stealth Banana

Smart Fruit!

I've never had creme brulee...

Ramekins are small containers -- usually those mini round ceramic

cooking dishes (maybe 1 cup each?) with straight sides. For the mousse

recipe, any small container would do.
