" Great for kids who are picky eaters! 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries 1 banana, cut into 4 pieces 1 - 2 tsp. carob or cocoa powder 2 tsp. flaxseed oil --- try butterscotch flavor! 3 - 5 Tbsp. nut butter (preferably cashew or almond) 2 - 3 Tbsp. orange juice or other healthy juice, like carrot juice 2 Tbsp. fortified soymilk, any flavor 1/8 - 1/4 avocado, peeled, cut into a wedge Optional ingredients: 1/4 tsp. spirulina, 1/8 tsp. multidophilus, or 2 Tbsp. cooked carrots Place all ingredients in a food processor blender. Blend until smooth.
