Guest guest Posted May 23, 2001 Report Share Posted May 23, 2001 Cashew Rice Loaf Source: Country Kitchen Collection 1 cup cooked brown rice 1 cup cashews, ground dry in blender (raw) 1 large onion, chopped and sauteed 2 slices whole grain bread, ground or blended (gluten-free if necessary) 1/3 cup nut or soy milk 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (wheat free) or Bragg's Aminos 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste 1 Tbsp. dried parsley 1/4 tsp. celery salt Mix and place in well oiled baking pan. may bake in mold.
