Guest guest Posted December 21, 2001 Report Share Posted December 21, 2001 Hi Shell and Amy, I usually substitute maple syrup for honey. . .or brown rice syrup or a fruit juice sweetener that is thick like honey. They all seem to work well, just so they are liquid! Whenever I post, I try to post a recipe " as written " and then make the individual changes myself (or make a note of substitutions that would work). Sorry for not doing this, Shell.
