Deluxe Strawberry Jello (Vegan)

1 cup Emes strawberry flavored gelatin

1 1/2 cups boiling water

3 cups frozen strawberries

 

Dissolve gelatin into boiling water. Thaw berries, blend and strain to make 2

1/2 cups of juice. May need to add a little water. Add juice to jello. Stir

and chill. Save the remaining pulp if you desire.

 

Variation: May use any other fruit; raspberries.
