Guest guest Posted January 6, 2002 Report Share Posted January 6, 2002 Chundoo [Mango Chutney w/Almonds] 2 Mangoes 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cayenne pepper (you can put two if you like it warmer) 1 tsp ground cardamom 1.5 tsp ground cumin 2 Tbs raisins (or 3 Tbs cranberries, they are seasonal & fresh) 2 Tbs almonds. Put all ingredients into a food processor. It filled a standard cereal bowl & was delicious.
