Guest guest
Dear Carla, I know very well about the yeast connection. But I can tell you 100% this is not a cure for Celiac Sprue. But people with Celiac sprue or any type of health problem will benifit. This is because when you have been sick for a long time with a digestive problem, you will tend to build up yeast in your system which will cause other health problems. The problem with Celiac Sprue is this... you can do the Yeast cure.. and you will feel better. Then eat wheat and not get a reaction to it. But later you can do blood work, and you will see that you still have Celiac Sprue. This is because Celiac Sprue can be silent in the body. It can remain hidden in those who have worked on other health issues.. but Blood test will prove that you still have Celiac. Both the UK/Canadian/USA Celiac Support Groups and Drs. in Germany and France have looked into this connection and done studies on it and followed up with people who have done this to find out that the people think they are " cured " but the test show other wise. And the horrible thing is, in people that think they are cured, and go on to eat gluten, will find that they have cancer, or other sever health problems later on in life. Sorry to have burst your bubble on this. Amy
Guest guest
Amy ~ Thank you so much for the insight re: spue diet. My son does not have celiac or sprue just allergies to wheat/corn. A friend told me her brother was cured by this and emailed it to me. I hope it didn't get anyone's hopes up! Thanks again. ~ Carla
Guest guest
Dear Carla, I am sure that the Yeast connection diet along with the Nystan will do wonders for your son. Allergies can be cause by so many things. We will be pursuing this treatment for my Daughter who also suffers from allergies to Wheat/diary/meat... ect. We are hoping for good things for her as well.
