Amy,

 

I think you must have about as many cookbooks as I do! Grin. I have come to

realize that I think I collect them at this point. It is really neat though,

because I don't have any of the ones you do so everything you send is so

fresh and new.

 

I just wanted to thank you for all of the work that you put into this list.

We really do appreciate you!

You know I find the same thing to be true about only using 10-40% of my

cookbooks. I never really thought about it before. Maybe that is why I have

too many!! Unfortunately, my library isn't the best for vegan cookbooks. High

protein yes, but not vegan stuff.

Dear Tracy,

 

You are way to kind. I do love cookbooks. When my son was diagnosed

with Celiac.. I got rid of 90% of my cookbooks and have started

collecting a different kind. I also love the library for cookbooks.. I

find that since I only use 10-40% of the recipes, because they might

have dairy or wheat or something.. I can just type out the ones I like.

I am having to start a second three ring binder of recipes from this

list that I think we will like. It is amazing how fast the collection

can grow. :-)
