fava bean flour

I don't know if this will answer your question or not

but I use garfava flour which is a combo of garbanzo

bean and fava flour. I get mine at missrobens. Have

you tried Bob's Red Mill? They carry lots of flours.

I have. My lady I buy most GF stuff from grinds it for me in her whisper mill.

Garfava is alittle better tasting though - garbanzo and fava blended.
