>>>Does anyone know of a premade veggie burger that is GF? I haven't

been able to find one so far, so have been making my own and freezing them.

At my local Giant chain (and also at Fresh Fields / Whole Foods Market) I can

find a brand called Hearty and Natural -- mushroom burgers, black bean, and

some other flavor. They are GF, dairy free, egg free, certified organic. My

equally GF best friend, who is also egg-allergic, is thrilled to be able to

eat these. They cost more than the other vegeburgers but their quality is

excellent.

I don't know where else these are available.

I remember buying these at Wild Oats when I lived in the SF Bay area.

They are excellent. I can not find them in the Coachella valley.

Thanks, Marakay! I have a Whole Foods that's a bit of a drive for me, but I

go there about once a month or so. I'll check these out next time I'm there.
