Mix together in a bowl with: 1/3 cup onion, minced 1/3 cup celery, minced 1 Tbsp. chicken-style seasoning 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced 1 clove garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning Add and mix in: 1 1/2 cup tofu salad dressing. Serve on lettuce or in sandwiches. Good with alfalfa sprouts. Makes about 3 cups. * * * Tofu Blender Dressing Combine in a blender: 2 Tbsp. oil 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 lb. soft tofu 1 Tbsp. sweetener of your choice 1/2 tsp. salt Blend until smooth and creamy.
