CVC list member, Raye, shared this recipe today on her list

(ConsiderTheRavens ). I think it looks terrific! Thanks to

Raye!

 

CREAMY RANCHERO

 

10 oz pack silken soft tofu

1/4 cup onion, chopped (or 1 T onion powder)

1 garlic clove, pressed

1 tsp lite soy sauce or aminos (wheat free)

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp dill weed

2 T lemon juice

2 T vegan mayonaisse

 

Blend in blender until creamy. Chill. Makes about 11/2 cups.

Can I ask a dumb question? What would you use this sauce on?

It is great on salad. . .and I like it on potato dishes also. Thanks for
