CREAMY RANCHERO 10 oz pack silken soft tofu 1/4 cup onion, chopped (or 1 T onion powder) 1 garlic clove, pressed 1 tsp lite soy sauce or aminos (wheat free) 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp dill weed 2 T lemon juice 2 T vegan mayonaisse Blend in blender until creamy.
