Guest guest Posted July 19, 2002 Report Share Posted July 19, 2002 My 4 year old daughter is on aspirin therapy for her heart (she was born with congenital heart defects) and I have taken her off of gluten. I believe that I heard that Bayer baby aspirin has gluten. Does anybody know of any baby aspirin that is gluten free? THANKS!
