Guest guest Posted July 29, 2002 Report Share Posted July 29, 2002 Tofu Curry Dip 2 cups firm tofu 3/4 to 1 cup olive oil 8 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. salt 8 tsp. curry powder 2 tsp. sugar 2 cloves garlic Fresh vegetables for dipping Pita bread or crackers, cut into wedges Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend.
