Guest guest Posted September 11, 2002 Report Share Posted September 11, 2002 Tofu Loaf Source: A Taste of Nature 1 lb. firm tofu, mashed 1 cup water 2/3 cup cashew meal 1/2 cup sesame seeds, hulled 2 tsp. onion powder 6 Tbsp. soy sauce 2 cups bread crumbs (gf if necessary) Blend everything except tofu and bread crumbs. Mix all together. Pour into large casserole dish. Bake covered 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake 10 - 15 minutes more. Garnish top with parsley flakes.
