Guest guest
As far as flours go, I would suggest you buy a mill, for fresher and much cheaper flour. I keep on hand: amaranth millet white rice garbanzo buckwheat quinoa brown rice wild rice We certainly eat a broader diet now Which is a nice thought than focusing on what is left out. . . Guest guest
As far as mill grinders, I have a Whisper Mill and love it. It is still loud but MUCH quieter than most others. It also has a lifetime warranty. I highly recommend it. Lynnette - Lynn Carter Thursday, September 19, 2002 2:41 PM Re: GF flour/baking staples?
