As far as flours go, I would suggest you buy a mill, for fresher and

much cheaper flour.

I keep on hand:

amaranth

millet

white rice

garbanzo

buckwheat

quinoa

brown rice

wild rice

We certainly eat a broader diet now :) Which is a nice thought than

focusing on what is left out. . .

Lynn,

Which grain mill do you have? Are you pleased with it?

Thanks,

Tracy

Ktec, and yes. It is very loud and a bit dusty, but I wear earplugs.

As far as mill grinders, I have a Whisper Mill and love it. It is still loud

but MUCH quieter than most others. It also has a lifetime warranty. I highly

recommend it.
