do any of you juice? what machine do you have? do any of you use the

champion juicer and its mill attachment? Has anyone here tried to

boost there immune system with emzymes and juicing?

I am reading a great book called Allergies Disease in Disguise by

Carolee Bateson-Koch DC ND.

It is really good, I would recommened it to anyone. We suffer from more

than Celiac here. So I am really interested in restoring our health.

thanks,

Amy

Hi Amy,

I juice everyday with my Champion juicer. I love it! It is amazing how it

makes you feel. I know it soudns weird but it also takes away ANY cravings I

might have for sweets, etc..

Before I bought mine I borrowed a Green Power juicer from a friend. They are

rated the best but quite a bit more money than the Champion. It took me

forever for decide. I am so glad I went with the Champion, it works great and

is easier to clean.

Take care,

Tracy

I have a Vita Mix too but never use it for veggie juice. I love making soups

and other things in it but when I juice I don't want all the fiber in it. I

doesn't taste the same as extracted juice either.

Other than that though, I think everyone should have a Vita Mix. Being a

vegan is so much easier with one. I make smoothies for my kids all the time

and hide things in there that they don't like very much (like sweet

potatoes)!!
